Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we will only refund or replace an item if it is damaged or faulty.

OOLUX takes pride and effort to ensure that your purchase will arrive to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours at info@ooluxbody.com.au and we will work together with you to resolve any issues.

You, the customer, are responsible for returning the faulty/damaged product in the original packaging within 14 business days.  

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ooluxbody.com.au.

We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns for change of mind including purchases that have been made in error. 

Only products purchased through www.ooluxbody.com.au are subject to our returns policy.  Should you wish to return or exchange an OOLUX product purchased from one of our stockists, please contact that stockist to arrange a return or exchange (as available) in accordance with the relevant stockists returns policy.
