Fragrance-Free Skincare: Why We Made Our ZERO Range

Scented products smell lovely, but for many people, fragrance is the one ingredient their skin just doesn't agree with. That's why we created ZERO: a full olive oil skincare range with nothing added for scent. No synthetic fragrance, and no essential oils either.

What does fragrance free actually mean?

"Fragrance free" should mean no fragrance has been added to the product at all. It's different from "unscented", which can sometimes mean a masking fragrance has been added to cover the natural smell of the ingredients.

Our ZERO products have no added fragrance of any kind. What you'll notice instead is the soft, natural smell of the olive oil and other simple ingredients.

Why choose fragrance-free skincare?

• Sensitive skin. Fragrance is one of the most common reasons people react to skincare products.
• Simpler routines. Fewer ingredients means fewer surprises.
• Shared bathrooms. Everyone in the family can use the same products, including those who don't like scent.
• Scent-free workplaces. Handy if you work in healthcare, hospitality or anywhere fragrance isn't welcome.

The ZERO range

Every ZERO product is made with cold-pressed olive oil from our family grove at Myponga Beach in South Australia.

ZERO Lip Conditioner – a fragrance-free olive oil lip balm for soft, comfortable lips. Available in 5g and 10g.

ZERO Bar Soap – our everyday bar, made with olive oil, coconut oil and shea butter. Gentle from face to toes.

Face Cleansing Bar (Bare) – our olive oil base with white clay, made for a gentle daily face wash.

ZERO Hand & Body Wash – a simple olive oil liquid soap for the shower or the sink.

Face Hydration Balm – just four ingredients: our olive oil, calendula grown in our garden, beeswax and vitamin E.

A simple fragrance-free routine

• Morning: wash your face with the Face Cleansing Bar, then apply a little Face Hydration Balm.
• Shower: use ZERO Bar Soap or ZERO Hand & Body Wash.
• All day: keep ZERO Lip Conditioner in your bag.
• Night: a thin layer of Face Hydration Balm as an overnight treatment.
